2024–2025 salaries:

PGY-1: $86,819
PGY-2: $89,311
PGY-3: $92,363
PGY-4: $95,549
Additional Stipends: $200/month for meals and $750/year for educational expenses

Step 3 and Licensing fees reimbursed as a lump sum of $1827.50 during the PGY-2 year
$50,000 life insurance plan for residents with $100,000 double indemnity clause
Health, dental, vision insurance for resident and dependents are at no cost
Disability and malpractice insurance provided by UC San Diego at no cost
Four (4) weeks of paid vacation each year in two 2-week blocks
Four (4) weeks of paid parental bonding leave for each qualifying event
